For Tembo Plus customers, or legacy customers paying £2 per month, the monthly fee is applied around the 21st of the month or thereafter if a weekend and is taken from your LISA balance directly.
If you held an account with Tembo prior to February 2024 (previously branded Nude) and didn't sign up during a fee-free offer period, then you'll continue to be charged £2 per month.
For those that sign up to Tembo Plus, the monthly fee is scheduled to be £5.
