We're really sorry for any confusion here! When you set up your Tembo account, you connect your bank for us to provide you with insights and ideas, and for us to get the account number and sort code to then set up your direct debit for payments.
You don't add a bank card to Tembo - only connect your bank via Open Banking. As payments are taken via direct debit, removing your connected bank won't stop this - you'll need to make sure you cancel your direct debit instead.
