We're currently experiencing a degradation in service with one of our third party providers, which may cause issues for some of our customers when trying to complete sign up, view the account page or make payments or withdrawals.
We're incredibly sorry if this is impacting you - please rest assured that we've raised this as the highest priority with our provider, who are currently working on identifying the root cause and resolving the issue.
We'll post an update here as soon as we have further news. In the meantime, you can get in touch with the Customer Support team at hey@getnude.com. We're a really small team and our usual open hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, so please don't worry if you don't hear back from us today. We will keep this FAQ updated regularly with news over the weekend so please do check back here.

We are now seeing an improvement in connection with our third party provider, and services are in the process of being restored.
Please bear with us whilst we're working with our provider to ensure that all services are fully restored - we'll keep this FAQ updated.

All services have now been restored and customers should now be able to set up a new account, view the account area and complete transactions such as payments and withdrawals.
Thank you so much for your patience whilst we've been working with our provider to resolve this, and rest assured we'll investigate why this happened and ensure a resolution is in place to prevent this from happening again.
